On August 7, we marked exactly one year since the premiere of the first episode of the POLI-GLOCI series on YouTube.
In this program, scientists from Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology (PBŚ) explain the language of science, while the host, through fictional narratives, draws inspiration from modern pop culture heroes.

Over the past 12 months:

• we released 19 episodes (including 2 special editions) – links to all episodes are available in the comments,

• we invited 20 guests – among them engineers, artists, medical doctors, athletes, experts, and even WIMek the robot dog and Malinka the pug,

• we covered key topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, ecology, water management, sustainable development, design, animal production, medicine, and urban planning,

• the most frequently featured topic was AI, appearing in at least 8 episodes,

• the storyline – across two seasons – transported us to worlds inspired by game shows, TV formats, and popular films.
