The miniSUMO Robot Competition is not only an exciting sporting competition of autonomous robots, but also an opportunity to admire the passion and creativity of young designers – students of primary schools, high schools, technical schools and extracurricular institutions. The competition, organized for years, has already gathered thousands of participants from all over Poland. Bydgoszcz University of Scince nad  Technology invites students of primary and secondary schools to cheer on intelligent robots that will compete in exciting duels as part of the 17th edition of the miniSUMO Robot Competition. The event will take place on 10th of April at the campus in Fordon in Bydgoszcz.

TE Connectivity funded CNC milling machines for the finalists, and all participants will receive gifts.

The University of Technology will especially appreciate the effort and craftsmanship of the participants in these games of technical innovation. Members of the four winning teams will receive 200 points each, added to the sum of points obtained in the recruitment process for selected first-cycle studies at the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology.
