On 5th of March, the regional stage of the nationwide Electronics and Mechatronics Olympiad ELEKTROMECHATRON took place. Its main organizer is the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers, and the permanent co-organizer of the Olympiad is the Faculty of Telecommunications, Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

Within the walls of the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology, students from:

• Chemical and Electronic School Complex in Inowrocław
• Technical School Complex in Grudziądz
• Secondary School Complex in Świecie
• Electronic School Complex in Bydgoszcz
• Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Brodnica
