On June 29, 2023, an agreement was signed at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister on cooperation between the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology and hospital SP WZOZ MSWIA in Bydgoszcz.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Interior and Administration Błażej Poboży, Minister - Member of the Council of Ministers Łukasz Schreiber, as well as Rector prof. Marek Adamski and hospital director Marek Lewandowski. The cooperation between the university and the hospital is related to the planned launch of medical and other medical faculties at the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology.
