The jury recognized the recruitment campaign “If it’s a University, it’s Bydgoszcz / Recruitment Hits 2025”, honoring it in the categories “Communication Using AI Tools” and “PR of Public Institutions.”

The work of the entire team was appreciated, as they independently developed the entire campaign – from concept, through creative design, to implementation. “We prove that modern and effective campaigns can be created locally, with passion and creativity. This award is a confirmation of our strong communication strategy – innovative, creative, and close to our audience,” emphasizes Michał Zaborowski, the project’s main initiator.

This year’s fifth edition of PR Wings turned out to be record-breaking. A total of 211 projects were submitted across 28 categories, with 75 nominations reaching the final. The campaign of Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology was ranked among the best PR achievements in Poland, alongside the largest brands, institutions, and NGOs. Out of two nominations, our team won two awards – a 100% success rate. The winners of PR Wings 2025 were announced yesterday during the official gala at Warsaw’s Norblin Factory. In addition to the main awards, the SAPR Special Award and the Andrzej Stolarczyk Award for outstanding contribution to the PR industry were also presented.

Thanks to this distinction, Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology has been recognized as one of the most effectively communicating public institutions in the country. The campaign “If it’s a University, it’s Bydgoszcz / Recruitment Hits 2025” proved that a technical university can lead in the use of modern AI-based communication tools and create engaging formats aimed at young audiences.
