As part of the cooperation between PBS and HOLCIM Polska SA, the company financially supported the automation laboratory of the Faculty of Telecommunications, Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. The funds were allocated to equipping teaching models with controller modules, text displays, transducer modules, switches and software, allowing for individual implementation of exercises at 18 laboratory stations.

The equipment provided was mounted on models designed as part of the diploma thesis and will be used in particular in the fields of automation and electronics and electrical engineering.

Representatives of HOLCIM Polska SA familiarized themselves with the developed teaching models and with the implementation of classes in the laboratory. The meeting was attended by: Tomasz Blady - Director, Grzegorz Kasprzyk - Head of the Maintenance Department, Monika Delekta - Assistant to the Director, Dean of the Faculty of Telecommunications, Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, prof. Tomasz Marciniak, and Rector’s Representative for Education Quality and Evaluation, Assoc. Prof. Marcin Drechny.
